Signing Ceremony to Mark New R.E.A.L Kids Centre in Puchong South
On 3 November 2017, Perfect Eagle Development Sdn. Bhd. (PED) officially signed an agreement with R.E.A.L Education Group to open a new R.E.A.L Kids centre at its O2 Residence development in Puchong South. Slated to open in January 2018, the centre represents a maiden partnership between PED and R.E.A.L.
Present to officiate the agreement were Puan Sri Datin Su Bee Leng, CEO of Perfect Eagle Development and Mr. Ee Ching Wah, President of R.E.A.L Education Group; witnessed by Mr. Lim Siong Gay, Director of Perfect Eagle Development and Ms. Rachel Leow, General Manager of R.E.A.L Kids. This agreement thus makes R.E.A.L Kids the exclusive education service provider at the contemporary serviced residence.
According to Puan Sri Datin Su, “Having a quality early childhood education provider like R.E.A.L Kids on board is definitely beneficial to our residential community. With many young families set to call this place home, the convenience of preschool education right at their doorstep would surely add value to their overall lifestyle”.
“In fact, this is the first time that we are partnering with a preschool provider to open a centre within one of our residential projects. Therefore, we are pleased to have a homegrown brand like R.E.A.L Kids which we believe would help strengthen our footing as a property developer that is progressive, community-centric, and a proponent of sustainable living. Hence, this collaboration would only serve to benefit both parties in terms of realising common goals and exploring new possibilities; whilst always catering to the evolving needs of our customers,” she explained.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ee said, “The collaboration between R.E.A.L and Perfect Eagle Development is a fitting and mutually-beneficial one. It also marks a milestone for being our first R.E.A.L Kids preschool to be set up within a serviced residence. Most of our purpose-built centres are housed on landed properties. This new concept however, does not mean we have to compromise on the value and uniqueness of our R.E.A.L Kids curriculum. On the contrary, we will continue to offer enriching lessons and activities such as swimming, gymnastics and more”.
“O2 City has proved to be an attractive proposition for R.E.A.L to venture into the Puchong South market for the first time. It has opened new opportunities for growth while enabling both parties to meet our respective markets’ demands. By always having this in mind, it is our customers who would benefit as we seek to serve them better through quality products and services that not only meet their needs, but exceed expectations and improve their quality of life as well,” he added.
O2 Residence was officially launched in 2015 with a total of 508 units on a 13.54-acre land which offers the lifestyle and conveniences of urban living through a range of modern amenities and services. The inclusion of R.E.A.L Kids’ unique brand of preschool education further illustrates Perfect Eagle Development’s commitment towards advocating progressive ideas that are affordable without compromising on quality and standards.
Additionally, this collaboration also signifies that Perfect Eagle Development’s other areas of focus – namely ‘Sustainable Living’ and ‘Community’ – continue to define its mission as the company delivers sustainable living ideals that harmoniously cater to today’s and tomorrow’s needs while providing living spaces that encourage community interaction and engagement. For R.E.A.L Kids, the opening of this new centre will play an integral role in realizing the Group’s aim of ‘Transforming Lives in Every Community through Learning’.
